**Job Title: Inventory Analyst**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and enhance inventory controls, monitor and audit material transactions, and investigate variances to improve processes. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure efficient inventory management practices.
**Responsibilities**
Manage Part Master data and Bill of Materials/Bill of Operations in the ERP system.
Address errors and issues in a timely manner related to job bookings, material issuances, and receipts.
Conduct variance investigations, identify root causes of failures, and suggest improvements.
Review active job reports to determine material variances and complete jobs.
Minimize errors and issues by carrying out root cause analysis and creating reports on KPIs.
Meet with stakeholders to discuss and address inventory issues.
**Essential Skills**
Understanding of basic component geometries and their integration into products.
Familiarity with manufacturing operations such as assembly, machining, testing, and riveting.
Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory management.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Epicor.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Ability to carry out data queries and a foundational understanding of high-level programming concepts.
Understanding of database fundamentals, including table joins and SQL statements.
Familiarity with MRP concepts and inventory issues in manufacturing environments.
Advanced Excel skills, with VBA considered a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

**Work Environment**
This position is based in Mississauga, ON, and requires working onsite five days a week. The Inventory Analyst will collaborate closely with the supply chain manager and receive training from our Sr. Business Analyst.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
