Job Description

We are a growing, young, dynamic instrumentation company based in Canada & USA, and we are looking for an Instrumentation Specialist - Inside who can support customers in North America and beyond. The person's responsibilities include providing immediate technical and non-technical support, preparing quotes, creating sales and service orders, reviewing tenders and applications, following up, managing customer expectations, and preparing estimates as per the customer's needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare quotes, estimates, review applications via phone, Teams and occasional site visits and tenders, review drawings and sales orders.
Answering emails, phone calls, and coordination with the other departments inside the company.
Project follow-ups and communicating with manufacturers
Supporting customer inquires related to technology, applications, training and any task assigned by the team

Additional Responsibilities:

Supporting distributors with technical training, application reviews, and occasional site visits and participating in trade shows.
Manage activities and customer database in CRM

Requirement:

Minimum 2-10 years in the process instrumentation field
Intrinsically motivated and a fast learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment
Ability to quickly respond and manage customer expectations
Team player, excellent collaborator & communicator, and a passion to help customers.
You must have a valid Canadian work permit, PR or be a Canadian Citizen.
You will be required to commute Mon-Fri on-site at our Ancaster facility.
