My client is a specialized MGA focused on Individual Life insurance that is part of a larger, well-established financial services organization. This is a key support role within a tight-knit team, working closely with experienced sales advisors and helping drive efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across the sales process.

Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid
This role is ideal for someone with an advisor background who enjoys the technical and operational side of the business, and who prefers supporting advisors rather than carrying a personal sales target.
The Opportunity
As an Advisor Support Associate, you will act as a central point of support for individual life advisors, helping manage cases from illustration through submission and follow-up. Your work will directly impact advisor productivity, service quality, and client outcomes.
This is not a sales role, but prior advisory experience is important to understand advisor workflows, client needs, and carrier expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support advisors with day-to-day servicing and case management for individual life insurance
- Prepare, review, and manage illustrations across multiple carrier platforms
- Assist with application packaging, processing, and follow-up
- Ensure client files are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Track cases and proactively follow up to keep business moving forward
- Stay current on product updates, carrier tools, and system enhancements
- Help streamline workflows and support office operations as part of a small team
What We Are Looking For
- LLQP licensed
- Experience in the individual life insurance space
- Hands-on experience using multiple carrier illustration tools
- Background working with Life Insurance carriers
- Prior advisor or advisor-support experience in an outbound, relationship-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple cases at once
