Responsibilities Include:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC/R systems and components
Respond to emergency service calls within our client base
Identify deficiencies and make recommendations to clients
Complete work orders, deficiency reports, field quotations, estimates, and daily time summaries in a timely fashion
Perform scheduled maintenance as assigned
Maintain a professional demeanour
Provide exceptional customer service skills
Continuing ongoing industry education and training
Participate in peer-to-peer Apprentice training
