We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Project Support member to assist with the implementation of our new HR system. This role will be responsible for triaging HR operations help tickets, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of HR transactions. The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of Excel, HR processes, hands-on experience working within HR systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, etc.

This position plays a critical role in resolution of issues that are time-sensitive and ensuring accuracy of HR records.

Key Responsibilities Inc l Ude

Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Maintain and update specific employee records including hires, transfers, organizational updates, etc.
Triage, track, and resolve HR operations tickets in a timely manner
Investigate and troubleshoot system, data, and process-related issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Ensure proper documentation and closure of support tickets.
Perform regular audits and data validation to maintain data quality and identify discrepancies.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Completion of a post-secondary program in a related discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.) or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.
1–2 years of experience working with an HR system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel skills, with the ability to learn HRIS and other HR software systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
Good functional knowledge of core HR processes including the employee lifecycle.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience with Oracle Fusion would be an asset

Additional Requirements

Provide a current criminal record and judicial matters check (CRJMC) screening upon hire.
