Kelowna, BC Full-time $19.50-$20.50/hour

At Hotel Zed we are Rebels Against the Ordinary and Hotel Zed (Kelowna, BC) is looking for a Handy Hotel Houseperson (32 hours/week) to join our dynamic, totally unique and rebellious team. Hotel Zeds are ridiculously fun, unpretentious hotels where we challenge the norm every day.

What You Do

You embody our four Core Values everyday bringing your positive self to make your fellow employees and guests days brighter.
You go above and beyond to ensure our guest rooms and common areas are always spotlessly clean and looking totally awesome for our guests.
You make sure that guest rooms are stripped, and clean laundry is prepped for each room.
You make sure that each space in our hotel is ready to wow our guests, both through cleanliness and through extra fun items lying around.
You help us protect the environment by sorting recycling and monitoring the light and heat appliances for optimal efficiency.

What You Need

Must be available weekends
Valid Driver's license is an asset
Fun loving nature
An eagle eye for detail
An obsession for neatness and cleanliness
Able to work happily on your own
A love for a range of duties and staying active
Able bodied and capable of lifting, carrying and pushing heavy loads
