Job Description
MasterTech is on the search for a licensed and experienced Heavy Equipment Technician in Port Perry, ON.The successful Mechanic will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized heavy industrial equipment in a shop setting.
Compensation:
- $ $47.00/hour.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- 3 weeks paid vacation.
- Company vehicle and gas card provided.
- RRSP match.
Shift:
- Days, 7AM start time (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.
Key Qualifications:
- Ideally Heavy Equipment Technician license (421A), though not required.
- 10+ years of experience working on heavy equipment (construction, earthmoving, landscaping, aerial, paving, forestry, mining, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Able to work independently.
- Own set of tools.
