ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a Head Office Administrator to join our team in Yellowknife, NT. This is a Monday-to-Friday, in-office position based at our Head Office.

About the Role
The Head Office Administrator plays a key support role within our organization, providing administrative assistance across departments and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. This position works closely with management and administrative staff to support company-wide initiatives and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the head office departments
Assist management and administrative staff with daily operational needs
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
Perform general clerical duties, including:
Filing and scanning documentation
Data entry
Answering and directing phone calls
Maintaining office supply inventory
Coordinating courier services
Provide additional administrative support as directed by the Office Manager
Assist with special projects and other duties as required

Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of administrative experience preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with SharePoint is considered an asset
Strong multitasking ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, team-oriented attitude
