At Keolis Canada, we're looking for Shuttle Drivers who value professionalism, safety, and consistency to join a specialized transport program based in Kelowna.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to on-call needs within a 30-minute window when scheduled (Required)
  • Operate a fleet vehicle during 12-hour standby shifts
  • Transport personnel and equipment between predetermined locations
  • Conduct pre-and post-trip inspections and basic reporting
  • Follow all safety and driving protocols in varying road and weather conditions
  • Assist passengers with loading & unloading equipment as needed
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
  • Operate a two-way radio and manage fares accurately
  • Maintain a safe and harassment-free environment for everyone
  • Report any incidents, vehicle defects, or passenger safety concerns
  • Fuel, wash, and check fluid levels of the vehicle

What We're Looking For

  • Must be able to respond to on-call needs within a 30-minutes when scheduled (Required)
  • Confident and safety focused driver
  • Valid Driver's License - minimum of Class 4
  • Hold a clean commercial driver's abstract
  • Able to clear a required criminal record check and drug & alcohol screening
  • Provide a driver's abstract upon application and then annually afterwards
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Calm, professional, and safety-minded
  • Able to work independently with changing schedules and night-shifts
  • Ability to promote a smoke free environment
  • Experience in rural or winter driving conditions is an asset

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Previous taxi or shuttle driving experience

What We Offer

  • Rotating schedule: 4-on - 3-off | 12-hour on-call shifts
  • Shift are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (day shift) and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (night shift)
  • Standby shifts compensation follow:

  • 8 regular hours at $20/hour

  • 4 additional hours at $30/hour
  • Overtime paid at $40/hour for shifts exceeding 12 hours

  • Comprehensive Health & Dental package

  • Company phone provided during shifts; vehicle must remains on site.
