About the Role
- Provide day‑to‑day management of the fleet’s software systems, including documentation, maintenance schedules, work orders, and reports, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete record keeping.
- Collect maintenance data and generate reports to track equipment service records, costs, and compliance.
- Assist in day‑to‑day record‑keeping, expenses, and reporting for Finance.
- Ensure timely scheduling of routine maintenance tasks and inspections to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
- Assist in maintaining parts inventory and shop supplies, as needed.
About You
- 1–3 years of experience in the fleet industry preferred.
- Valid G or G2 license with a good driving record.
- Demonstrated multitasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of mechanical parts and processes is an asset.
- Experience with fleet software programs and systems is an asset.
