We are partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing industrial services organization seeking a General Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of operational sites across Western Canada and the U.S. Pacific Northwest. This is a senior leadership role within the organization, representing the top tier of operational leadership and responsible for delivering safety, operational excellence, and financial performance across a diverse and growing region.
This role is ideal for a leader who knows how to run operations through people, develop strong site leadership teams, and drive results across multiple locations. You will be responsible for leading experienced site leaders and operational managers while ensuring performance, culture, and safety standards remain exceptional.

Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing service delivery.
- Provide leadership and support to site leaders, superintendents, and operational managers.
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Oversee regional operational performance, including financial accountability, budgeting, and profitability.
- Drive operational improvements and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Support the development and mentorship of site leadership teams while building a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain operational alignment and support local leadership teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning and regional growth initiatives as the organization continues to expand.
Qualifications
- Experience leading leaders (site managers, superintendents, or operational managers).
- Demonstrated success managing multi-site or regional operations.
- Proven accountability for P&L performance, budgeting, and operational results.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop teams.
- Experience overseeing large operational teams through indirect leadership structures.
- Background in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, aviation, transportation, or heavy operational environments.
- Ability to travel approximately 20–30% to support regional operations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive operational improvements and growth.
- Experience in rail or industrial rail operations is considered an asset but is not required.
