THE ROLE
We're looking for a dedicated barista who values craft and hospitality. You'll join a skilled team focused on preparing top-quality beverages and building strong connections with our community. We're seeking someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and excited to grow into leadership or specialized roles as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To maintain high standards, we have a set of core requirements for this role:
- SCA certification or a minimum of 2 years' specialty coffee experience
- Deep knowledge of specialty versus commercial coffee
- Expertise in espresso dialing, grinding, milk steaming, and foundational latte art
- Clear, confident communication to guide customers through our menu
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dial in and pull espresso shots to our established standards
- Educate customers on brewing techniques, origin stories, and tasting notes
- Keep workstations and equipment spotless and well-organized
- Track and replenish inventory levels
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- Address feedback promptly to ensure every guest leaves happy
