Were looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, youll create a positive first impression for every visitor and callerwhile keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Location : Cambridge, Ontario

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Hours: Full Time - Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-8:00 pm and Friday - Saturday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to theappropriate department
• Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greetcustomers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
• Licensing paperwork
• Additional duties as assigned
• Daily production reports and till balancing

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completion of High School
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Above average computer skills
• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
• A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
