What Does It Take?
40-50 hour work weeks
Weekend flexibility (weather dependant)
A coachable mindset and the ability to take feedback and criticism effectively

What's The Pay?
Starting at $18/hr, the most motivated and willing will make $22-25/hr Opportunity for bonuses and prizes as well
