Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on UI/Angular Tech Lead to shape the front-end architecture of a suite of modern enterprise applications. You’ll bring deep Angular expertise (v12+ – ideally v19), lead UI best practices, and collaborate across global squads to deliver scalable, high-performance, user-focused solutions. This role combines technical leadership, architectural ownership, and active coding. You’ll mentor developers, contribute to shared UI frameworks, and help drive the evolution of our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead front-end architecture for enterprise-scale Angular applications
- Define UI development standards and promote best practices across teams
- Collaborate closely with backend leads, product owners, and architects
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and design discussions
- Mentor developers and support cross-team collaboration
- Contribute to shared UI components and internal design systems
- Occasionally weigh in on broader architectural decisions across the stack
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, focused on Angular (v12+)
- Previous experience as a UI Tech Lead or Front-End Architect in enterprise settings
- Solid understanding of modular architecture and component-based design
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend systems
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with distributed teams
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with design systems and UI/UX collaboration
- Exposure to Java-based backends and enterprise architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based development
- Knowledge of performance tuning or data visualization libraries
