Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with office software, and a friendly demeanour to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Experience in reception is a plus but not required. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while developing valuable administrative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage multi-media points of contact, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Handle clerical duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining organized records
  • Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area, and assist with housekeeping throughout the clinic
  • Candidate is required to work at multiple office locations including Vaughan, Schomberg, and possibly Toronto

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills with professional phone and email etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
  • Previous experience with front desk operations or multiple points of contact preferred
  • Reliable source of transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
