Framer Helper- Construction Company Gabru Framing Ltd. B Avenue Surrey, BC V3W 3C8 Compensation: $25.00/hour for 30-40 hours a week (Relocation and travel expenses covered by the employer) Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full time, Part time, Extended working hours, weekends Number of positions available: 2 Job Description Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas. Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, barricades, and temporary structures. Support framers in residential framing activities, including wall erection, roof construction, and structural assembly. Assist with building demolition activities when required. Sort, clean, and stack salvaged materials for reuse or disposal. Remove rubble, waste, and debris from construction sites to maintain a safe work environment. Operate, tend, or supply materials to construction machinery and equipment as directed. Direct traffic near construction sites to ensure safety. Lubricate and maintain hoists and similar construction equipment. Perform additional general labour duties as assigned to support construction operations. You will be working as a part of the team at various sites around lower mainland, BC and BC. Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Physically demanding Repetitive tasks Attention to detail Hand-eye co-ordination Handling heavy loads Requirements and Qualifications: No specific education requirements On-the-job paid training provided Ability to work in various weather conditions, for extended hours in any one given period Language requirements: No specific language required Security and safety guidelines must always be kept in mind and be strictly followed at all the times.
