Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving WOs and perform sample preparation
Perform analysis of samples
Maintain minor instrumentation in optimized and calibrated condition
Troubleshoots instrumental problems and basic maintenance of instrumentation
Perform sample, reagent & calibration standard preparation
Verify and validate data
Keep accurate and up to date records
Train junior analysts
Follow all SOPs and QC procedures
Meet quality assurance and turnaround time specifications
Other administrative/laboratory tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
Attention to details
Problem solving skills
Good communication
Must be able to wear a respirator and work in hot conditions
Good organizational and time management skills
Some lifting and carrying (up to 25kgs)
Basic computer skills
Willing to work overtime during peak season
All training will be provide for the right candidate
Wage $20-$27/hour
