Job Summary:
Poseidon Cleaning Services is seeking a full-time Field Operations Lead to manage a mobile service unit delivering fleet washing, power washing, kitchen exhaust cleaning, auto detailing and carpet cleaning services throughout the Ottawa Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a helper.
- Manage daily mobile service operations.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles.
- Identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain professional client relationships.
Requirements:
- Trades or hands-on field experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Valid Class G driver’s license.
Compensation:
- $54,000–$58,000 base salary.
- Monthly performance bonus.
- Year-round employment.
Part-Time Fleet & Power Washing Technician also available:
- $22–$24/hour.
- Evenings & weekends.
- Independent recurring route.
