Fiberglass Shop Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage employee training schedules
- Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes
- Enforce workplace safety and regulatory compliance

Required Experience
- 5+ years in manufacturing
- 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role
- 2+ years in a fiberglass production environment
- Strong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement tools
- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
