Job Title: Exterior Project Lead (The "Right Hand")

We are looking for an experienced Exterior Specialist who is ready to step into a leadership role. You'll be the go-to person on-site, ensuring our projects (decks, siding, roofing) are executed with "obsessive" attention to detail while keeping the crew's energy high.

What You'll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day flow of the jobsite from start to finish.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met (The "Green Ladder" way).
- Communicate with the team and the homeowner to keep things running smoothly.
- Learn & Grow: We will personally train you on estimating, project planning, and the business side of construction.

Qualifications:
- Solid experience in exterior renovations (Siding, Decks, or Roofing).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- The ability to lead a crew with respect and a smile.

Pay: $25.50-$48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
Work Location: In person
