Rockyview Pharmacy is a well-established, community-focused pharmacy proudly serving Crossfield and surrounding areas. Conveniently located just 10 minutes north of Airdrie, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Full-time, part-time, and relief positions are available.What We Offer:

Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician.
- Mandatory 2 years experience using Kroll Pharmacy Software.
- Availability for full-time, part-time, or relief shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in providing safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care.
- Process prescriptions efficiently and accurately.
- Enter and maintain patient and prescription data in Kroll.
- Handle third-party billing and insurance adjudication.
- Provide professional, friendly service at the counter and over the phone.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock organization.
- Follow all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 2 years of pharmacy assistant/technician experience.
- Proficient with Kroll Pharmacy Software (required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or post-secondary education preferred.
