Job Description
The Broadway Business Improvement District (BBID) is seeking a dynamic and community-driven Executive Director to lead one of Saskatoon's most vibrant and historic commercial districts.Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the organization. The ED serves as the voice and champion of the Broadway district, fostering collaboration among merchants, property owners, community stakeholders, and municipal partners.

Qualifications
· Experience working with a Board of Directors.
· Understanding of non-profit governance.
· Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
· Experience in financial management and revenue development (grant writing, sponsorships).
· Background in event planning, business management, or economic development is an asset.
· Strong communication skills and ability to articulate a compelling vision.
· Interest in urban development, community building, and local economic trends.
· Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits
$60,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience.
Comprehensive benefits, 4 weeks holidays and 5% pension match.
