Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to lead the design, integration and validation of advanced electric propulsion architectures for hybrid eVTOL aircraft.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop high-performance, safe and certifiable propulsion systems including motors, inverters, motor controllers and power distribution units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead system-level design and integration of electric propulsion units (EPUs) including motors, inverters and thermal management components
Define system and sub-system requirements interface specifications and performance targets aligned with vehicle level needs
Support development verification of motor control algorithms high-voltage power electronics
Analyze optimize propulsion performance across operational scenarios hover transition cruise
