Duties

  • Engage with potential customers directly at their homes or businesses to introduce our products and services with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Conduct warm calling and outbound calling campaigns to generate interest and schedule appointments for follow-up or demonstrations
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales and secure commitments from prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted outreach strategies and maximize outreach efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, explaining product benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and sales activities using CRM tools for accurate reporting and business development

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation, business development, and outbound calling strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not required
  • Customer service experience that highlights your ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
