Hours of Work: 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
The HR Director of Training and Development is a key member of YWCA Regina's HR team, working closely with internal managers to advance the training needs, development, and performance of employees. Working in collaboration with executive leadership and department heads, this position oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and development initiatives that build individual and organizational performance. As a key HR professional, this role also provides direct guidance and support to managers across the organization, ensuring they have the tools, training, and coaching needed to effectively lead their teams. The HR Director is a resource to management on employee development, performance management, and organizational change, aligning people strategies with YWCA's mission and values.

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in staff training, HR, or program facilitation.
- Experience in trauma-informed and culturally respectful approaches to training.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Indigenous culture and Calls to Action/Calls to Justice.
- Experience in a non-profit or community-based organization is an asset.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Evidence of working closely with and in collaboration with community partners leading to collaborative solutions to problems.
- Experience working in a trauma-informed environment.
- Cultural awareness and respect for women of various backgrounds.
