About the job

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to support business growth, agent branding, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate brokerage marketing and a deep understanding of industry trends, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new clients as part of retention strategies
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and website management.
  • Execute marketing initiatives tailored to real estate agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources for self-branding and promotion.
  • Manage and optimize CRM marketing tools to streamline client outreach and engagement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, vendors, and marketing partners.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a real estate brokerage marketing role.
  • Proven experience in real estate marketing strategies, lead generation, and agent branding.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software.
  • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with agents, leadership, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Onsite Location: Vaughan & Brampton

Pay Range: $ $80000 Annually
