A division of Pattison Food Group Ltd., Save-On-Foods is B.C.’s Most Loved Brand and certified a Great Place to Work.**You will be responsible for:*** Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.* Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.* Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.* Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.* Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.* Other duties as assigned.**You have:*** A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.* A clean driver’s abstract.* A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.* Experience in a customer service-related role.* A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both day and night.* Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.**Here are some of the perks we have to offer**:* $18.00 per hour.* Get paid every Friday!* Exclusive team member offers and discounts.* Benefits & pension eligibility.* Wellness and team member assistance program.* Educational reimbursement & scholarship opportunities.* Opportunities to learn and grow.**Join our Team!**Come be part of an energetic and inclusive team where we work together to have fun and achieve our goals.
