Position Overview: The Data Entry Clerk plays an important support role in keeping daily operations running smoothly during peak vacation periods. This temporary, part-time position provides accurate and timely data entry while also supporting Customer Service and Operations teams as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and supporting a collaborative team.

Location: St. John's, NL
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00pm - 8:00pm
Duration: Temporary/Part-Time | Spring & Summer Season
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and driver support, including driver services, data entry, driver check-in, audits, and reception coverage
Support the Administration team during vacations and absences to ensure service levels, objectives, and deadlines are met
Partner closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to maintain an efficient, well-coordinated workflow
Perform other related duties as required to support daily operations
What You Bring
Minimum of High School or equivalency.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with proven organizational skills.
Good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
Experience with transportation systems is an asset.
Transportation industry knowledge is considered an asset.
