Job Title: Data Entry Clerk – Lab/Clinic Support
Location: Stoney Creek, Hamilton and Burlington Area
Employment Type: Temporary Support
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8 hours shift) and Saturday(4 hours only)
Hourly Rate: $23
About the Role:
Fuze HR is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to support lab clinics across Ontario. This role is ideal for candidates who are accurate, efficient, and enjoy working in a healthcare environment where data integrity and confidentiality are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter patient and laboratory information accurately into electronic health records (EHR) or laboratory information systems (LIS).
- Verify and cross-check data for completeness and accuracy.
- Update and maintain patient records, lab results, and administrative documentation.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents as needed.
- Collaborate with lab and clinic staff to ensure timely and accurate data reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset.
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
