Job Title: Data Entry Clerk – Lab/Clinic Support
Location: Niagara Falls, ON
Employment Type: Temporary Support
Working Hours: TBD (based on assigned location)
Hourly Rate: $23/hour
About the Role
Fuze HR is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to support lab clinics across Ontario. This role is ideal for candidates who are accurate, efficient, and comfortable working in a healthcare environment where data integrity and confidentiality are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Enter patient and laboratory information accurately into Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
Verify and cross-check data for completeness and accuracy
Update and maintain patient records, lab results, and administrative documentation
Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents as needed
Collaborate with lab and clinic staff to ensure timely and accurate data reporting
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with privacy regulations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
