Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg combines sales and customer service responsibilities. As a Customer Service Manager, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and provide exceptional service both in-store, over the phone, and through digital communication. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our range of electronic devices—including phones, tablets, and gaming consoles—while supporting the service side of the business. Your focus will be on delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining professional communication, and collaborating with the team to meet customer needs and company goals

Qualifications

  • Experience ensuring Customer Satisfaction and fostering positive relationships
  • Ability to effectively promote and sell products and services to customers
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in technology repair or retail is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
