The Role

As Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and scaling Verity's creative output across platforms.

Your work will include

• Creating visual direction for social media, presentations, webinars, landing pages, and internal use

• Defining the visual and structural approach for graphics and brand assets

• Leading a team of video editors by clearly communicating what needs to be cut, structured, highlighted, and emphasized from a viewer engagement standpoint

• Reviewing and refining video edits to ensure pacing, clarity, emotional impact, and retention are strong

• Turning raw ideas, discussions, and outlines into polished creative direction

• Organizing and managing creative assets for reuse and consistency

• Supporting content tied to education, events, and client communication

• Maintaining brand consistency while keeping content engaging and human

This is a thinking role as much as a creative role. You are responsible for how the content feels to the audience.

Who You'll Work With

You will work directly with the founder, Sarbloh Gill.

This role has direct access to decision making, fast feedback, and clear direction. There are no layers between ideas and execution.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading creative or content production

• Strong understanding of viewer psychology and engagement

• Ability to direct editors and creatives clearly

• Strong visual judgment and attention to detail

• Strong understanding of which creative tools and platforms should be used for different outputs, even if you are not the one executing inside them

• Ability to take feedback and improve quickly

• Strong communication and reliability

Nice to have

• Experience working with education or professional services brands

• Interest in storytelling and long form educational content

• Desire to grow into a senior creative leadership role over time
