Eligibility
Open to Internal (DCC Employees) and External (General Public). Eligible to work in Canada, Canadian Citizen or permanent resident, and meet the minimum age requirement to work in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba. A valid driver’s licence and vehicle access is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring tasks related to inspection, environmental/construction contracts, and control of materials
- Checking compliance with contractual requirements and reporting deviations
- Maintaining records, schedules and documents, and preparing standard reports
- Supporting renovation and new construction projects
- Participating in the tendering phases of construction and/or environmental contracts by reviewing plans and specifications
- Participating in consultant, construction and staff meetings

Salary
The remuneration for post‑secondary students will align with the pay rates established by the Government of Canada’s Treasury Board guidelines. Compensation will be determined by the student’s academic level and experience.

Who We Are Looking For
- You meet the minimum age requirement to work in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba
- You are currently enrolled in engineering, engineering technology, environmental science, or a related field at an accredited college or university
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
- You are eligible to work in Canada
Security Clearance
