Contract Audiologist – On-Site Retirement Residences (Regina, Saskatchewan)

We are seeking a Contract Audiologist to provide on-site audiology services within partnered retirement residences across two locations in Regina, Saskatchewan. This role is ideal for an audiologist who enjoys working with older adults, values flexible scheduling, and is comfortable travelling between locations as part of a planned clinic model.

Clinic days are pre-scheduled in advance, with administrative and operational support provided by Perennial.

About the Role

As an Audiologist with Perennial, you are passionate about hearing healthcare for seniors and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a non-retail environment. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, educate residents on hearing health and amplification options, and support follow-up care to ensure ongoing needs are met.

This is a contract role with flexible scheduling based on availability and regional demand.

What You Will Do

  • Support residents throughout their hearing care journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations on-site
  • Make appropriate recommendations for hearing solutions and educate residents on product usage, care, and features
  • Provide follow-up care, adjustments, and ongoing support to ensure resident needs are metStay current on hearing aid technologies, fittings, and best practices to deliver meaningful, evidence-based care
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and care teams within the retirement residence
  • Collaborate with Perennial's interdisciplinary team, including Nurse Practitioners and allied health providers
  • Travel between assigned residences across the region based on scheduled clinic days

Service Locations

Availability to travel between the following regions is required:

  • Calgary

Travel expectations are planned in advance to support efficiency and continuity of care.

What We Are Looking For

  • Graduate of a recognized Audiology program
  • Registration with the applicable provincial regulatory body in good standing (or in process)
  • Experience working with older adults or in a clinical hearing care setting is an asset
  • Comfortable working independently within a structured clinic schedule
  • Willing and able to travel between multiple locations
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach to care
  • Comfort making clinical recommendations and educating residents to support adoption and outcomes
  • Experience with hearing aid technology and fittings; experience with major brands is an asset but not required

Compensation

This is a contract position, operating under a per-service or revenue-sharing model. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
