Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, including interlock, retaining walls, garden beds, and various landscaping projects.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Help with site cleanup and ensure work areas are tidy and safe for ongoing activities
Skills
- Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding manual tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills for clear coordination with team members
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate basic hand tools; certification in equipment operation is a bonus
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour
