Our client, a well-established leader in the construction and energy sector, is seeking a Conseiller(ère) SST - construction to join their team. As a Conseiller(ère) SST - construction, you will be part of the health and safety department supporting field teams and internal processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000

What's the Job?
- Develop, update, and enhance the health and safety prevention program
- Update procedures, policies, and work methods to ensure compliance
- Plan, organize, and monitor SST training sessions for approximately 110 employees
- Support field teams without micro-managing, ensuring safety standards are met
- Conduct targeted site visits to verify safety practices and compliance
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field
- Significant experience in SST within the construction or manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of working at heights, confined spaces, lockout/tagout, and energy and telecommunications sectors
- Comfortable working both on-site and in administrative roles
- Structured, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset with a desire to build and improve safety practices
