Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated post-secondary summer student to support several organizational projects focused on content development, organization and digital support. This role is ideal for a student with strong research skills, attention to detail and an interest in communications, marketing, human resources or information management. This position is a four-month term, starting in May 2026.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of Saskatchewan community profiles and spotlights by researching community websites and gathering relevant information.
Compile, organize and summarize research findings into database to facilitate community spotlights and social media development.
Support the creation, review and updating of website content to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency of newly launched website.
Assist with the development and coordination of a new organizational folder management system, including organizing digital files and documenting processes or procedures.
Collaborate with staff to follow content standards and organizational practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:
Minimum of one year in a post-secondary program (business, communications, marketing, HR, information management, or a related field is preferred) and enrolled for academic year.

Experience:
Experience with online research and search engine-based information gathering is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office or familiarity with Mural and other web-based tools is an asset
Previous experience in a government or health-related organization is considered an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong research, writing and organizational skills
Comfortable working with digital tools, websites and shared file systems
Strong oral communication and/or presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
