Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, presenting Discoops' solutions to potential clients, and closing sales. They will build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand client needs, and provide exceptional support. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance metrics and collaborating with the internal team to maximize customer success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, account management, or client acquisition
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
Ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions
Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO concepts is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and French is highly preferred
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
