We're looking for a hands-on, driven Coffee Shop Manager to lead daily operations, build a high-performing team, and help scale the business.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily café operations (opening/closing, scheduling, workflow)
- Lead, train, and motivate baristas and front-of-house staff
- Maintain high service standards and customer experience
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Financial & Business Performance
- Manage labor costs and optimize staff scheduling
- Monitor daily sales, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Handle cash reconciliation and reporting
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve margins
Inventory & Vendor Management
- Order coffee beans, milk, pastries, and supplies
- Maintain par levels and minimize waste
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage deliveries
Customer Experience & Brand
- Handle customer feedback professionally
- Build relationships with regulars and local community
- Execute promotions and support marketing initiatives
- Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing schedules, payroll, and inventory
- Financial awareness (understanding margins, labor %, etc.)
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Barista experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour
