Status: Permanent full time

Location: 7 240 Baker Dr, Dartmouth

Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Mandatory Requirement: Must be a fully registered Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia and in good standing with the regulatory body.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
• Fully registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia.
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensure quality improvement in patient care delivery.
• Responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
• Communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
• Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
• Engage in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development.
• Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic.
• Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff.
