Overview
Reports to the Client Services Manager
The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
- Provide quotes for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
- Additional duties as required or needed
- Perform any other duties as required or needed.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary with a business background preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Client Services experience
- Experience with costing/quotes
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-directed
