This role will based the Canadian Headquarters located in Mount Elgin, Ontario; 30 minutes south east of London, ON.
The opportunity
ASB Greenworld Canada is hiring a CEO to lead it’s Canadian business. This is a high-impact leadership role for an executive who excels in customer engagement, operational and financial discipline, and commercial growth. As CEO, Canada, you will be responsible for elevating the business across financial performance, customer relationships, and operational excellence. You will be expected to guide the organization through its next chapter by strengthening financial controls, expanding the customer base, and aligning internal teams around clear priorities, partnering with enterprise leadership in Europe. This is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established business with strong relationships, a trusted product offering, and significant potential for growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Financial Performance: Manage the business with effective financial controls, working capital management, and relationships with banks and financing partners.
- Drive Top- and Bottom-Line Growth: Grow the business with new and existing customers through business development and key account management strategies, supported by a value proposition that highlights the company’s resources and capabilities.
- Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and motivate the organization’s professionals through clear articulation of business objectives and a bias for action.
- Planning & Operations: Align pricing, production, and delivery schedules to enable the company to thrive in a highly seasonal industry.
- Enterprise Partnership: Forge a strong working partnership with enterprise leadership, balancing regional autonomy with enterprise strategies and objectives.
Candidate Profile
- P&L Leadership: A track record of full P&L management (revenue and cost structure) with financial discipline and effective working capital management.
- Commercial Savvy: A demonstrated track record of working with business customers and driving sustained growth through new business development and effective account management.
- Business-to-Business Experience: Prior experience in contract manufacturing, private label, or a similar B2B company.
- Drive for Results: A proven bias for action and success articulating and establishing business objectives while inspiring the organization to achieve them.
- Strategic Planning: Experience forecasting and planning revenue and production to optimize site and asset utilization within a variable (seasonal) business.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Experience effectively partnering with boards or other governance entities to execute business strategy.
