75 000 $ – 100 000 $ + bonus (5–10 %)

Dans le cadre de son expansion, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Projet pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique d’environ 30 employés, dont 2 autres chargés de projet.
Responsabilités
Gérer des projets d’installation clés en main, du besoin initial à la livraison finale
Participer aux visites de chantier et effectuer les relevés
Réaliser la mise en plan (mécanique, électrique)
Préparer schémas, dessins techniques et documents de projet
Coordonner les travaux sur site avec les clients
Superviser les sous-traitants (électriciens, plombiers, installateurs, etc.)
Planifier les livraisons, gérer le matériel et établir les listes d’achats
Concevoir certaines pièces de ferblanterie au besoin
Assurer le suivi de chantier et la résolution des enjeux techniques
Préparer la documentation finale (TQC, manuels, plans)
Former les clients sur les systèmes installés
Déplacements fréquents (1 à 3 jours/semaine), parfois au Canada et aux États-Unis
Exigences
Bilingue français/anglais (oral et écrit)
Connaissance d’AutoCAD et d’un logiciel 3D (ex. SolidWorks)
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
Autonomie, rigueur, ponctualité
Membre OIQ (atout, non obligatoire)
Conditions d’emploi
75 000 $ à 100 000 $ selon expérience
Bonus annuel de 5 à 10 %

About the Company
Our client is a recognized leader in industrial filtration, dust collection systems, and industrial ventilation, serving multiple industries including aerospace, food processing, pharmaceuticals, mining, and metallurgy. With strong growth and excellent employee retention, the company offers a collaborative work environment and long-term stability.
To support ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Project Manager to join a team of about 30 employees, including 2 other project managers.
Responsibilities
Manage turnkey installation projects from initial needs assessment to final delivery
Conduct site visits and take field measurements
Produce mechanical and electrical layout drawings
Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
Coordinate on-site work with clients and internal teams
Supervise subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, installers, etc.)
Plan deliveries, manage materials, and prepare purchase lists
Design and fabricate minor custom metal components when required
Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues
Prepare final documentation (as-built drawings, manuals, reports)
Deliver client training on installed systems
Frequent travel required (1–3 days per week), including occasional trips within Canada and the U.S.
Requirements
Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)
Proficient with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office
Autonomous, organized, and punctual
OIQ engineering membership is an asset (not mandatory)
Employment Conditions
$75,000 to $100,000 based on experience
Annual bonus of 5–10%
4 weeks of vacation
Mileage reimbursement according to standard rates
