Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and evaluate complex bodily injury claims
• Analyze insurance policies to determine coverage
• Negotiate settlements and represent claims in court
• Collect evidence and determine liability
• Mentor team members in claims handling
Requirements:
• 5+ years of auto casualty claims experience
• Knowledge of Ontario tort and legislation
• Detail-oriented and organized in evaluations
• Commercial casualty knowledge is a plus
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
