Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications
- Install frameworks, fixtures, doors, windows, cabinetry, drywall, and trim
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Requirements:
- Ability to use carpentry tools efficiently
- 2+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred (training available for motivated workers).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to lift 50+lbs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong understanding of framing, layout, and general carpentry practices.
