Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing complex business processes, identifying system requirements, and working closely with development and product teams to implement technical solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business processes and workflows.
- Develop and document system specifications and functional requirements working closely with functional teams including product, design, risk, fraud amongst others.
- Work closely with product and engineering team to design, test, and deploy new systems and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system functionality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in financial services / fintech (preferably).
- Strong technical, documentation and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Start‑up experience as an added plus.
