Job Description
Day to Day
- Act as the primary Business Analyst supporting an enterprise IVR cloud migration initiative
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements related to IVR call flows, routing logic, prompts, and integrations
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and contact center teams to understand current-state IVR processes and define future-state cloud solutions
- Develop detailed documentation including BRDs, process flows, call flow diagrams, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
- Support data mapping, configuration, and migration activities related to IVR systems
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
- Lead UAT activities, including test case creation, execution support, defect tracking, and sign-off
- Support go-live planning, cutover activities, and post-migration stabilization
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience supporting IVR cloud migration projects
- Strong background gathering and documenting requirements for contact center or IVR platforms
- Experience working with call flows, routing logic, telephony integrations, and IVR prompts
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
