We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at various events, retail locations, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a passion for engaging with the public, promoting products, and creating memorable experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop marketing skills, enhance public speaking abilities, and connect with diverse audiences while embodying the brand's values and image.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and the public to promote our clients products through friendly interactions and product demonstrations
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
• Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and retail locations to increase brand awareness
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring brand consistency across all activities
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights for continuous improvement
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a positive experience
• Utilize strong communication skills to educate potential customers about products and services
• Support sales initiatives by encouraging product trials and facilitating purchases when appropriate
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's standards of conduct during all engagements

Requirements

• Previous experience in food/liquor service, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking and active listening
• Outgoing personality with a confident demeanor and a passion for engaging with people
• Ability to conduct product demos confidently and clearly explain product features
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Reliable transportation to attend various promotional events and locations
• Open availability or evening and weekends primarily are preferred
• Up to date Serve It Right Certification
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
