Branch Manager - Piping
Job Description
- Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or sales representatives.
- Prepare quotes, coordinate deliveries, and track shipments.
- Manage inventory and materials, conduct physical counts, and generate reports.
- Provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, accounting, warehouse, and materials control teams.
- Support sales planning and annual budget preparation.
- Supervise, train, and onboard staff; conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive sales through product promotion, upselling, and proactive customer engagement.
- Participate in trade shows, customer events, and special sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- College diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years in inside sales or customer service, with experience in quoting and cost knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management role, preferably in fire protection, plumbing/heating, or industrial piping.
- Strong business development, leadership, and communication skills.
- Analytical, organized, and results‑oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web‑based applications.
- Able to understand and explain technical product details.
